On the Moon, the Decepticons have completed their new base, which includes a working missile silo, which Megatron has decided to aim at the Autobot base.
On Earth, the Autobots learn about the missiles from their Moon-based allies and worry about what to do since their space bridge is still broken, but the Mini-Cons have an idea to help them.
On the Moon, the Decepticons receive a message from the Mini-Cons about them surrendering on the condition that they leave the Autobots alone. Megatron agrees and sends Cyclonus to pick them up, but confiding in Starscream that he intends to renage on their deal and kill the Autobots anyway.
Cyclonus heads to Earth to pick up the Mini-Cons, whilst the Earth Autobots try to fix the space bridge, and the Moon Autobots infiltrate the Decepticon's own space bridge control room.
After Cyclonus completes his mission, and begins to head back to the Moon, Megatron orders for the missiles to be launched.
On Earth, Hot Shhot manages to repair the space bridge, and links it to the Decepticon's own one, sending the missiles through the portal and into the Decepticon base, causing them to suffer major damage, as the Moon Autobots escape.

Notes
- The Decepticons have finally built their Moon Base, unlike in the cartoon though, it isn't built from the remains of the Mini-Con shuttle, it's completely new constructs
- ....wait...where did they get the materials for those buildings?
- AND WHERE DID THEY GET MISSILES?!?
- Megatron's character model has been slightly modified from this issue on, as his tank treads are tilted back a bit now.
- Also, Starscream has rejoined the team since his attempted coup.
- So turns out, Scavenger and Smokecreen have been hanging out on the Moon since the last time we saw them...where have they been hiding?
- Wait....if it only took a few minutes to fi the space bridge on Earth, then why didn't they just try to fix it when they really needed it a few issues ago?!
- Why do the Decepticons have a capsule clearly designed to hold Mini-Cons in, including internal lighting? Where did they get that?
- This issue really makes you wonder HOW Cyclonus' rotors work in the void of space?
- The Mini-Con pod has a working parachute....where did that come from?
